With over a decade of experience across hospitality, customer service, and complex operations, Gabriela has built a reputation as a skilled people leader and trusted problem solver. She has led high-performing teams in fast-paced, client-facing environments and consistently delivered strong outcomes in performance, quality, and team development.

Gabriela has held senior roles overseeing large teams and managing complex workflows. Her ability to streamline processes, uplift internal systems, and support individual growth has underpinned her professional success. She was named a finalist for Team Leader of the Year at the 2023 QLD Auscontact National Excellence Awards and received Clear Sky’s Above and Beyond Award in 2024, recognising her outstanding contribution to service excellence and client care.

Passionate about building strong, trust-based client relationships, Gabriela ensures every interaction is met with care, clarity, and intent. She brings fresh thinking to how services are delivered and takes pride in fostering meaningful, outcome-focused relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Her professional development spans business administration, customer engagement, performance management, and product quality, undertaken through leading industry and management education providers. She is especially focused on continuous improvement and building motivated, high-functioning teams aligned to purpose and outcomes.

Outside of work, Gabriela is an avid traveller who has explored over 26 countries (with many more still on her bucket list). She enjoys longboard surfing, dancing, and diving into a good story – whether through a book, a conversation, or a shared meal with great company.
